Robert T. Partridge, GAICD, leads Ozaff’s strategy, regional partnerships, and capability deployment across the Indo-Pacific.

Robert has nearly two decades in defence, maritime, and technical business development across the region. He founded Temple Adventures in India in 2008 and built it into the country’s largest dive operator, at its peak responsible for around a third of India’s annual diving certifications. He is a CCR Instructor Trainer and Master SCUBA Instructor, and holds instructor-trainer credentials with Bauer and Scubapro – rare depth of hands-on technical knowledge in the equipment Ozaff represents.

Ozaff works with leading international manufacturers to bring diving, breathing-air, rescue, protection, and defence capability into markets that are difficult to reach and easy to get wrong. Rather than acting as a catalogue supplier, Ozaff helps OEMs win the right end users, navigate government procurement, and sustain the equipment once it is in service.

Ozaff’s current focus markets include Nepal, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and India, supported from Hong Kong and Australia.

Under Robert’s leadership, Ozaff has continued to expand its role as a regional operational support and deployment partner across specialist sectors including:
